For Brands & PR Teams

Updated: October 2026 · By the CreatorSprout team

CreatorSprout is an independent review site for creators: AI tools, creator software, and the gear that goes around them — webcams, microphones, lighting and streaming setups. We publish in-depth reviews, head-to-head comparisons and buying guides, and our guides surface in thousands of Google searches every quarter on buying-intent queries like "best webcams" and "best budget microphones." If you make something creators use, here's how to get it in front of our readers — honestly.

What we accept

  • Review units — creator gear (webcams, microphones, lighting, capture and streaming hardware). Loan or keep, your choice; say which in your email.
  • Press / review accounts — AI tools and creator software. A Pro-tier account is what we need to review properly; a 14-day trial usually isn't.
  • Launch briefings — embargoed specs, pricing and availability ahead of a launch. We honour embargoes.

What you get

  • A full written review or a place in the relevant buying guide / comparison, with honest pros and cons — the format our readers trust and Google ranks.
  • A permanent, indexed article that keeps working as long as your product is current — we update our guides as lineups change.
  • Reviews typically publish within 2–3 weeks of receiving a unit or account access.

Our rules (please read before pitching)

  • No paid positive reviews. Ever. Coverage cannot be bought, and a review unit or press account does not buy a verdict. If a product isn't good, the review will say so — or we may decline to publish, and we'll tell you why.
  • No pre-publication copy approval. We're happy to correct factual errors after publishing; send spec corrections any time.
  • Everything gifted is disclosed in the article, per our editorial policy.
  • We may use affiliate links in the article (see our affiliate disclosure); they never change a ranking or a verdict.
  • Embargoes are honoured; NDAs are considered for launch briefings.

How to pitch

Email hello@creatorsprout.com with:

  • What the product is, in one or two sentences, and a link to its page
  • Whether you're offering a review unit, a press account, or a launch briefing (and the embargo date, if any)
  • Launch date / availability and the regions you ship review units to (we're based in Canada)

We reply to relevant pitches personally. If it's not a fit, we'll say so quickly so nobody's time is wasted.
